Raised in South Carolina forming strong southern values, Shay developed her hospitality through customer service related food and beverage jobs, carrying her through her Bachelors in Psych at the University of South Carolina. Shortly after graduation she was blessed with a son, which focused her interest more towards a career in real estate. Obtaining her SC license in 2011, she practiced Real Estate administratively, handling marketing, listing coordinating, recruiting, short sale negotiations, REO sales and closing coordinating until 2013, when she moved to MD where she continued her Real Estate career while working on a team of agents. In 2014, Shay accepted the position as closing coordinator on the Caleb Pearson Team, where she is able to apply all of her skills for the best interest of the team. In her free time she focuses on family time, fitness, and being outdoors.
