There are a number of reasons people decide to make a move. But, how do you know when it’s truly time to do so?

Today, I’d like to share a few of the most common reasons people move.

First of all, a growing family can take up a lot of space. It is at this point that many people decide it’s time to make a move. This is especially the case as children get older.

However, there comes a certain point in a family’s growth where the opposite is true. Parents may sometimes consider downsizing as their kids go off to college.

Sometimes the reason a person might move has nothing to do with space. There are cases where it can simply be cheaper to buy a new home than updating their current one. I recently worked with a client who was facing thousands in update-related expenses.

Ultimately, I helped them decide that it would be better to just buy a new home.
