Our Commercial Department is led by Jason Smith, who has over 22 years of experience across a wide range of real estate product types including: Residential Development, Multi-family, Industrial, and traditional residential sales.

Jason was previously a RE/MAX franchise owner/manager in the Northern Virginia/Washington DC area before specializing in Multi-family with Marcus & Millichap in the Charleston area. His experience gives The Caleb Pearson Team a unique ability to service client needs on a local/regional level as well as to partner with other national brands to increase reach and investment opportunities across the country.
